I recently had to sell my father’s house in the Elmhurst area of Providence due to his deteriorating health. I have lived out of state for many years, and my dad’s house needed several repairs. Garrett helped me find a trustworthy and reasonably priced plumber to install a water heater, a boiler, and an electrician to stabilize the electricity. Garrett was very easy to work with and made a very fair offer on the house. The closing was remarkably easy, especially trying to do everything from out of state. I would highly recommend working with him. I am looking forward to seeing him update the house and felt very comfortable selling to him knowing that he was invested in the area.

Garrett and his crew are very honest people to work with. They put a lot of thought into their design and the work that they do. When they are putting their kitchens together they’re constantly asking questions like where are they going to put this or what will it be like to work in this kitchen etc. He cares. If you’re looking for a home, I would definitely recommend buying one through Garrett and his team. He cares about what he does and you can tell by the way he puts his projects together. I do all of his floors and he’s very cautious on the way that he moves as far as flooring, kitchens, bathrooms, etc. You will not be disappointed if you go with him and have him pick out a home for you and put it together. I highly recommend him and his team. He’s genuine, great craftsmanship yet efficient and trustworthy.
