Lehan Homes was founded by Garrett Lehan in 2023. After graduating from Bryant University in 2019 Garrett found an interest in Real Estate and began acquiring rental properties. Garrett worked in construction during this time and learned the basics in renovations as well as managing other contractors. This construction background paired with a drive to help people in the community fueled the start of purchasing houses from distressed homeowners.
Garrett quickly found a passion of working with homeowners to understand where their struggles lay and problem solving alongside them to arrive at potential solutions. Experiencing the relief he could provide those who are struggling with a property that no longer serves them proved the value in the work he is doing with Lehan Homes. Along with helping current homeowners, Garrett greatly enjoys creating a safe, enhanced, and charming space for potential home buyers to enjoy and create a life in. Preserving and honoring the legacy of homes and the memories they provided for sellers is fundamental in his approach to his business.
